Beautiful Masculinity is a three-day immersive retreat exploring masculinity through our bodies, relationships, desires, vulnerability, strength, tenderness, and Eros.

Through touch, movement, nature, water, dance, reflection, and connection, Fire Island itself becomes part of the experience—with time for the beach, sunsets, shared meals, pleasure, rest, and community. This isn't about discovering the “right” way to be masculine. It's an invitation to explore what you've inherited, what you've performed, what you've rejected, and what you might now choose to claim as your own.

As gay men, we often learn to define ourselves through youth, performance, and desire. But something powerful happens as we approach midlife. Our bodies change, our turn-ons shift, and our relationship to sex, love, and identity begins to evolve. Owning Our Inner Daddy is a two-day immersive workshop designed for gay men ages 35–55 who are ready to explore the erotic, emotional, and spiritual transformations of midlife with openness, curiosity, and pride.

Through guided practices in breath, touch, movement, and conscious connection, we’ll discover that our eros doesn’t fade—it deepens. Together, we’ll examine how aging impacts libido, arousal, and body image, while celebrating new ways to experience pleasure, intimacy, and confidence. 5-Day Immersion in Costa Rica - Experience two of Body Electric's foundational workshops woven together into one immersive journey in beautiful Costa Rica.

Over five days, we'll move through the experiences of Celebrating the Body Erotic (CBE) and Celebrating the Body Erotic 2 (CBE2), creating an opportunity to explore embodiment, pleasure, intimacy, conscious touch, connection, and Eros with greater spaciousness than a traditional weekend workshop allows.

Our home for the week is an exciting new retreat facility created specifically for gay men. Set in a lush tropical environment, the clothing-optional property offers a beautiful pool, inviting communal spaces, and plenty of room to relax, connect, and enjoy Costa Rica between workshop sessions.

The environment is intentionally sex-positive, body-positive, and welcoming of erotic expression, while remaining grounded in the principles of choice, consent, and respect that are central to Body Electric experiences.

These workshops will lead participants though a guided journey of self-love, both inside and out. We'll practice opportunities and skills for deeper connection, intimacy, and acceptance that attendees can apply at NAB weekend and beyond. We'll examine our relationship to pleasure and notice our habits related to shame, fear and guilt, while exploring the expansive healing power of Eros. We will be modeling and practicing consent and choice, as participants are invited to shed layers that no longer serve. And we'll have a lot of fun in the process. NAB Weekend Home Page
